At 1:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, police responded to North 4th Street and found a man who had been shot while inside his residence, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said.
Before the shooting occurred, the man heard an altercation involving people vandalizing a parked vehicle, Fragé said. The suspects then fired a weapon, striking the home and injuring the man, Fragé said. He was taken to University Hospital in stable condition, Fragé said
Moses was identified as a suspect and following a warrant issued, she was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 14 and charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief and and multiple weapons offenses, Fragé said.
